|
| |
A container
load is handled just like a normal truckload pro. The
only difference is that these loads use containers (with
a possible chassis) instead of trailers. On the equipment
assignment screens, the labels are trailer and converter. |

Driver/Contractor
Settlements
|
| |
The Driver &
Contractor Settlements is fully integrated with Operations
to provide accurate and timely settlements after the
freight has been delivered. After each freight shipment
has been settled, the information is sent to Payroll
(for Company drivers) or Accounts Payable (for Owner
Operators and Trip Lease drivers). A settlement document
is printed along with the check to provide drivers with
a complete audit of revenue and expenses. |

Fuel Interfaces
|

The
Fuel Interface software offers several automated functions
which provide a communication link between TransFreight
Management System® and with third-party
fuel service companies. |

is in paper form, filed away in folders in filing cabinets.
Electronic document imaging replaces critical paper
documents with digitized images which are stored and
accessed from computer workstations. |

Ratings &
Tarrifs
|
| |
Auto Rating
and Tariffs are designed to accurately rate freight
bills with limited interaction and lost of productive
time. This program reads shipment information from Operations
functions and automatically applies the appropriate
rate to compute the shipment and accessorial charges.
It is also capable of recording quotes, contracts, and
tariffs to be used on specific shipments. |
